Business start up accounts

Hi, I desperately need help to finish my business plan specifically:
Cash flow projection
Profit & loss
Balance sheet
Sales forecast
I have kind of done the cash flow projection & sales projection, but probably not in the right format, I don't understand how to do the others. I think i have all the information needed. we started trading 2 yrs ago, but haven't been trading for the last yr, so our sales recipts are a bit of a mess(we were market trading) we are trying to get finance for a new premises, but need these in order.
