Business Logo wanted

I run a party and wedding hire business

I need a logo which can be incorporated into my header from my website (website banner is work in progress as hope to add logo onto it afterwards)

Needs to be in a format that i can manipulate afterwards if needed, eg resizing, changing backgrounds etc.

I have limited funds as am a start up business so my please do not bid higher than my maximum specified as it is a waste of mine and your time.

This is fairly urgent as other jobs such as business cards etc are waiting for a logo first.
