Business directory with keyword search function

Looking for someone to build a website that offers a business directory which companies can log into and update their profile, add logos and images etc. It is essential that the user will be able to search the directory by keywords. I would envisage that the main page is be similar to google's main page which shows only a search box.

I will also need a payment function incorporates into the website.
