Business development strategy

Looking for a strategy for developing spas in Thailand and the Middle East. Looking also for Design support (interior design, so for the Spa; not net stuff, not yet anyway) Looking for interactive working with someone on getting a good business plan together (not interested in eye catching plan as I don't want to borrow any money off anyone, I am funding this myself and want to have a solid plan, realistic and with evaluation of risks)
