I am in the process of setting up a property inventory services business that operates throughout West Yorkshire. I am looking to generate some customers to utilise my services.

I am looking for someone to give me a leg up and help me generate some business leads.

For every customer you refer who signs up and purchases my services, you will earn 30% commission.

An inventory report is a report that documents the condition and contents of a property at a particular point in time. For each one of these you sell you will earn between £18 and £51.

A check in/out report documents the condition and contents of a property against an inventory report. This is done every time a resident takes a new rental or leaves a property. For each one of these you sell you will earn between £12 and £28.50.

An interim inspection is a report that compares the properties condition and contents at the time of the inspection with either an inventory report or a check in report. For everyone you sell you will earn between £7.50 to £18

Finally we have complete packages for landlords/letting agents which includes one inventory report, one check in, one check out and an interim inspection. For each package you sell you will earn between £44.50 and £113.40 per package.

You will be responsible for producing the leads in an ethical manner and I will carry out the services required and collect the payments.

Ideally you will have some knowledge of the property industry and information specific to our company and our services will be provided. You will be expected to sign a non-disclosure and non-competition agreement prior to working with us.

Commission can be paid through Paypal, through this website, bank transfer or cheque. Commission will be paid on a monthly basis by the method requested.
