Business Developement/ Telesales Superstar

Hello,

we are looking for somebody to help us generate some new business. We are a translation company and there are simply not enough hours in the day to grow our business on our own. We would therefore like to run a 10 hour trial of telesales to see how this would help the business. Should this trial be successful you could continue to work for us long term on a part-time flexible basis and we can negotiate payment/bonus based on the results of the trial. The 10 hour trial would include both follow-ups for an email campaign and cold calling.

We are looking for the following:
Native English speaker
experience in telesales and business development
experience in the translation industry would be an advantage

Please include the following in your bid:
CV
track record (KPIs and SvT in previous roles)
availabilty, this can be very flexible
plan of action (how would you go about finding customers)
expectations of pay/bonus for after the trial period
