Business cloud website

Looking to make a social website for business that integrates to folders on desktop as backup , be able to create job numbers, tickets number, crm settings, showing customers details, integrate address via Google maps. also have a mobile app that allows for service industry to clock in & out via gps to different jobs that sends the data real time over the cloud . be able to do purchase orders , remittances etc... Basically a website that can take all the data of a small to medium size business and be viewing any where.. be able to upload photos and send them via iPhone/ android. i have a desktop solution that i use currently. i can show it to the winning candidtate.

Simple format of site
Hr ( employees details, start date, etc....
Marketing ( various)
Accounting ( link to sage)
Enquiry ( all customer details including location via gps
Quotaion ( be able to link to sage)
Sales ( sales rep name , % of sales , % of quotation
Job .. link to customer, New job number , link to quotation
Client follow up ( link , be able to type different questions
Ticket for issues ( link to job, how long it takes to sort issue ( rated by stars)
Client Satisfaction ( rated by stars & questions)


this will be an on going project so the winning person to win it will be working with me on an ongoing basis..

i will need a fixed price for the work above and then a price per addition after that.
