Business acquisition

We are a UK limited company in the healthcare sector and are looking to expand by purchasing an exisiting residential care home.
We require some one with experience in M&A to assist with this purchase that we are keen on (but not finalized).
We are located in Dumfries.

Initially you will be sent the paperwork and information you require so that you can have a look at the financial data for analysis. You will then be required to produce a financial report and general business report for the directors.

The final stage will involve attending a meeting onsite to discuss the fine details of the purchase as the asking price will be paid in installments. THere will be a solicitor to draw up contracts and to do the legal bits.

Please quote your fees for the 2 items of work ( initial analysis and report AND attending a site meeting or SKYPE .
Travel costs will be paid for by us .


Please note - we prefer if you are based in the UK and have experience in acquisitions of UK businessess.
