Building Regulation submission

I have planning permission for a basement conversion in Manchester. I also have the cad files for the planning drawings. The structural drawings & calculations have already been submitted under a 'full plans' submission. I'm looking for someone to take these cad files and attend to the remaining areas with regards to the building regulation submission, for the remaining works. Some one local to Manchester would have the advantage, as a site visit would help.
Although not exhaustive, it gives you an idea of the items that remain and require building regulation submission.

Underfloor insulation.
Tanking system.
Wall insulation & lining system.
Acoustic & thermal treatment to ceiling.
Electrical, internal & external.
Heating. & ventilation.
Sanitary ware & associated plumbing.
Windows & doors.
External brickwork detailing.
External works : paving, lightwell railings, staircases into & over rear lightwell
and new side gate entrance.
