Build up twitter presence

I want to build up my twitter presence so I follow all the members of my target community.
I'm unsure about the total number of people using twitter from my target community but I expect it to be in the very low thousands (2-5k). I would like:
* Twitter users from my target community identified
* Added to my account (I follow them)
* An excel document created that shows the details of these users

Please ensure you meet the criteria for this job
* Can speak / write good English
* Have excellent twitter skills
* Know how to perform a data extract fr twitter
* Have a sense of humour ;)
