Build of Responsive Wordpress website (design already in place)

I have a design in place which I need to be built as a responsive website design in Wordpress.

I would like the job to start as soon as possible and be complete within 2 weeks.

It is a responsive site with the following functionality:
- Contact form with captcha
- Email newsletter signup (code from campaign monitor)
- News articles – intro, image and read more.
- Same for ask mikki – submission of questions to be a simple form.
- Gallery functionality
- Logged in area (just simple content, users to be set up by admins)
- Simple directory
- additional form with opton to download pdf version or fill in online.
- seo friendly.

All designs can be seen before work commences.
