Build me a wordpress site using Heatmap Theme

I would like someone to build me a wordpress site using the Heatmap theme to replace my existing site. My existing site has zero content on it so it can pretty much be deleted and replaced.

The site needs to be geared up towards adsense so I'll need you to create the various pages and example posts with adsense boxes in place so I can then just put my content on (and I can then see from the back end how you've done it and use them as templates to create pages going forward).

The site will need to be set up to have permalinks (with my current wordpress site it didn't work), and needs to be listed at my domain i.e www.example.com not www.example.com/cms

I already have the domain name and hosting.
