Build into my homepage a four phased purchasing process.

On my homepage at www.medicaladviceforyou.com adopt existing Ask a Question panel into a four phased purchasing process example of which you can see on www.pearl.com. Here the visitor asks a medical question in existing panel and is then taken through a series of pages that:
(1) Asks their gender and age and if they are currently been treated for condition in question.
(2)Sings up or creates an account.
(3)Chooses between mini-consultation or full consultation.
(4) Goes to payment already in situe.
Nothing comes back to me other than from those who have completed all four phases of the process.

Remove the Buy Now button and all references to fees from homepage.
