Build and design a Wordpress web site

I need a personal Wordpress web site designed and built, containing a home page, an about page, a music page and a words page, the latter including two template pages, one for articles and another for blogs, that I can load myself on an ongoing basis. The music section should have a music player and a web shop. I prefer for the design to be original, though I am not wholly against use a suitable Theme if it can be found. The site needs to have an artistic and Zen-like aesthetic. I'd like to work with someone who has both design and technical experience: the web site really needs to look good and fit the music and the work I do. It'd be great if the work could be completed in a couple of weeks. Once work on my personal site is complete, I have a second site that also needs designing and building.
