Build an online restaurant / takeaway online ordering system

We are currently using a third party company to provide the current system but require the creation of our own cloud based ordering system for restaurants and takeaways.

It needs an admin system to allow for creation of new customer online menus. We are open to platform but think a mix of PHP and Ajax would be the way to go although open to suggestion.

It will have built in SMS marketing which links to the registered user database. The site will be built to be mobile and ipad compatible.

A payment gateway to be built in or the ability to link to a paypal account.
Backend admin to be able to produce voucher codes for special offers to be redeemed at the checkout.

Some form of cloud printing function to be built in so when orders are received they are automatically sent to the clients ticket printer..

This job is time sensitive within 8-10 weeks so need someone dedicate full time.

We will ignore any standard cut and paste replies from companies wherever you are and need any bidders to try to have a personal touch with this job.
