Build an iOS app to configure Bluetooth LE iBeacons

I am looking for someone to build me a very simple app to configure Bluetooth LE iBeacons. This app will only be used by me (under my development license), so the project delivered as an Xcode project I can compile for my phone would be great.

Most of the ground work is already there - it will be using the StickNFind SDK that is already published. So I can supply you with an Xcode project that has all the infer you need with SDK documentation.

Basically the app needs to reconfigure StickNFind bluetooth stickers to become iBeacons (they are designed to do this).

The app needs to (all of which is covered in the SDK):
- discover a StickNFind sticker - show them in a list
- select the sticker I want to configure
- show its existing configuration and battery level
- flash it to do the following:
- add authentication so only I will be able to reconfigure the iBeacon
- set it to broadcast two different iBeacon signals
- Each iBeacon signal to be configured with a UUID, major, minor entered into the app
- ensure the StickNFind can also broadcast its battery status

I need the project doing quite quickly - by Monday morning latest. It should only be a few hours work I think!

It doesn't have to be pretty, just functional. If this goes well there is another project to follow within 2 weeks than is a bit more challenging.
