Build adsense websites to get $30-$50 per month

Hi,
I'm looking for someone(with prior experience please) to build me adsense websites which can earn $30-$50 per month.
I do this currently but somehow revenue has fallen and I don't have time to look into.
What I'll provide:
-I'll research niche and provide you main keyword along with 5 supporting keywords
-I'll provide you exact domain match to main keyword
-I'll provide you wordpress installed with CTR theme with all necessary plugins required.
-I'll design logo for website.

Your responsibilites:
-To make website of 6 pages, i.e. 6 articles to write with keeping adsense income in mind(i.e. neither high quality/interesting articles nor spinned(not even deep spinned) articles. Articles should be ok quality to provoke clicks
-Do SEO part to make website #1 in google.
-Monitor website for rank

For first month I'll give you 4 websites, if you perform well I'll ask you to do 2 website daily.

Please bid for 1 website.
Also guys please bid only if you've prior experience & have reasonable price.
I literally know how much it takes to take website to #1 so keep reasonable price so that I can look into bid.As I said before I'll assign full time work to those who will perform.
