Build a wireless control to open and close a gate using a winch.

I am building a bi-fold gate (no space for sliding or swinging) for my drive and would like to automate it. As my drive is on a slope the only way I think it can be done is by using a revesible winch to pull it open and using gravity and the winch to control its closure. I need you to source/design and build a controller for the winch with 2 wireless remotes and source a suitable reversible winch(small) and a way to power it. The controller will tell the winch when to open the gate and when the gate is fully open to stop and visa versa with closing. The gate has a 3 meter span, weighs aprox 150 - 300kg and has a jockey wheel running on a rail. I am planning on getting electricity close to the gate so there is a possibility that I could get power to it.
