General information for the website: Translation Services
Num. of web pages/modules: 5 + Ticket System
Description of requirements/features: I’m looking to build a professional translation service with a few of my colleagues. The front end of the website is no problem, that’s all PSD and figured out, but what I need done, is setting up a ticket system (much like a support system), where, once the user fills out a quote form, a ticket is generated with the details. The user, will then get a password sent to their email, along with the quote they filled out, and they have the option of logging in, and making the purchase. Also, within the ticket, they can reply (WYSIWYG editor), upload files, etc. And, the only other thing is for the user to be able to edit their account information.
Now, on the backend of the ticket system, will be a dashboard of all incoming tickets, where we can see the status of it, the id of it, when it was submitted, the ability to manually add tickets, edit tickets, and delete them, of course.
That is just the general jist of the project.
If you can, integrate it with WordPress and I also have 5 psds that would need converting to WordPress to go along with that.
