Build a website

I would like a website building asap.

I would like it built via wordpress, I have the domain name and hosting in place, I have also had my logo designed and ready for use.

I need:

1. home page
2. about us
3. our services
4. photo gallery (ability to add captions)
5. contact us (our contact details and a form to submit a enquiry)
6. a blog, to keep posting about our recent works.

The site is for a construction company based in liverpool, uk. I would like it to have it SEO ready. Not a complicated job but needs to look very professional.
