Build a web application

Here are some applications similair to the one I want:

- The purpose of the solution is to allow users to create a digital CV
that will then be hosted on a sub-domain or personal domain (both
which I already provide)
- After filling out their details users will pick from pre-designed CV
templates such as this

- After users have picked a template their details should be
dynamically and instantly transferred onto their chosen template and
hosted on either their sub-domain or domain (dependent on which
package* they pick)

*Basic uses a subdomain and would have really basic templates
Standard also uses a subdomain and would have the basic templates with
and additional, more creative, three
Premium uses a domain with all above templates and some profession
specific templates.
I use Wordpress CMS and WHMCS at the moment
