Build a Testimonial Type Joomla Component

Redberryfrog digital media provide be-spoke web functionality within the Joomla platform, due to an increase in work load we require an experienced Joomla developer to build a component to handle data capture & display info as a menu item. Visitors will be adding information via a form on the front end. Admin from the back end must include a full list of user responses & the ability to publish or unplublish. Once admin have approved a user’s form response the information will then be displayed in a similar format as a Testimonial. Experienced developers with a proven track record & a portfolio only please, (ideally suited to a developer who has already designed a Testimonial component).
