Build a simple but stunning website

I am looking for someone to create a simple, brilliantly designed, artistic one page website for a new boutique start up business. There should be a front page containing a single beautiful photograph (which I have already chosen).

There should be some simple animation such as 3 or 4 quotations that will circulate periodically.

You will need to design a simple logo for the business involving simple fonts. No artistic work necessary. I will provide some ideas for fonts that I like (please see the website examples below).

The website will have the following sections:
About (approximately 200 words)
Contact

There should be an easy to use admin panel so that I can add to the website in the future. I have basic computing skills. I am looking for someone that will be able to maintain and perhaps expand the website in the future if the business takes off.

I will need this to be completed with unlimited revisions within 1 week from appointing the successful candidate.

This website will have extremely simple functionality. It relies entirely upon design for it to work in a similar way to the websites of artists and photographers.
