Build a responsive e-commerce website on Magento platform

We need you to deliver a fully functioning Magento e-commerce site in responsive format. Initially we will display up to 10 products. You will connect the Magento site to our payment gateway. We wish to have function to send product data feed to the website from our Openerp platform. Our business model is to build multiple sites of this structure. The final site design and format is to be templated to simplify future site builds. Opportunity for longer term cooperation.
