Build a custom template in MailChimp using html

I have just signed up to Mailchimp to distribute my news updates to my client list. However, I want to maintain the format that I have designed in Illustrator, but mailchimp does not have a similar template; therefore to get exactly what I want. Mailchimp allow template to be imported that have been coded elsehwere. I have attached an example of what I am looking for and require a fixed price for the job and how quickly it can be done as I am on a tight budget and the next mail out is due on Wednesday.
