Build 3 form fill landing pages

We have the design for 3 landing pages. All 3 have the same layout, they are just for different clients: Gardeners' World Magazine, olive, Lonely Planet Traveller.

The landing pages must be around 800 px wide and follow the layout / colour scheme provided. Please use the nearest HEX available.

We have two data capture entries - name and telephone number. The data must be posted to the http POST details provided in real time.

The user needs to see a confirmation message (2nd mock), with the ability to share via Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Email. The message should read: I just claimed my free Gardeners' World Magazine / olive Magazine / Lonely Planet Traveller Magazine, get yours here: (URL Link).

EPS and images for logos / images will be provided.

We need these turned around by Saturday.
