The issue with this website being so established is we cannot afford to loose the links within google. I would like to keep as much as the content as possible, the site is definitely Not seo friendly, (even with some decent rankings), 301 redirects are a necessity. Importing the existing catalog.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience programming development/design.
