Brochure Design Training Manual

We need a talented graphic designer to take an 11-13 page training document(currently in word)and turn into a designed training manual. Our website is www.spokanesoftwaredevelopers.com. It needs to be reflective of this website. I would imagine that you would build a standard template and then add the design through type and graphics for each page. This document must be editable so you need to use In-Design, Quark and or Photoshop.
