Brochure and Pop-up banner Designer and Printer

I am from a small charitable organisation in Bristol called Volunteer Bristol. We have recently rebranded and would like a company to design a brochure for our drop in and advice service which is A5 4pp using our copy and to print 3000 copes of the brochure, in colour.
We would also like a pop up banner designed and produced for us. We have a budget of around £500-700, depending on what the company has to offer but we have a very small income so value an affordable service.
