Brand design and ongoing design & support

Please see a below description of what i am looking for and then quote what you assume to be a reasonable price for the below.

I'm looking for someone to help in the initial start up stages of a fast growing business.
I'm going to be entering the market of selling Gym Clothes (It is essential that the person understand the gym world and personalities and ego's associated with it)

I will need someone to help to design an initial brand logo that meets (exceeds) the design and background of the company. Possibly help with logo's for ecommerce website ETC.

From there i will be looking for designs for gym apparel (Logo's, wording, sayings, quotes etc)

Also social media deliverables such as pictures, facebook header, twitter logo and background.

The business is new, its a start up and therefore needs to work with someone who is willing to help the business. This job will be over a few initial months and i'm sure but I'm willing to stake equity in the business if i find the right person.

I have attached some examples of other gym clothes etc.
