Boonex/doolphin programmer/designer needed

I have a website that is 90% finished as functionality is regarding.

The developer right now is working on the last checklist and his work is finished. He does not have time to work on the design of the project or other coding requirements.

I need someone who knows and worked on the past on the exact cms (boonex/dolphin) in order to finish the design and other functionality requirements.

i dont have experience on webite design so i dont know how should i work on the design.

to hire a graphic designer make some .psd files and then a programmer to adapt these .psd files to html boonex platform or directly to work on the design of the site?
