Experience Level: Intermediate
We need a (junior) freelance book keeper or accounting clerk to take control of our small business accounts, entering from ledgers into Quickbooks online, invoicing, chasing arrears. Experience with Excel essential. Knowledge of Chart of Accounts preferred.
It is anticipated you will need to spend around 5-10 hours a week on our work after initial settling in. You will need to work from our offices. Currently are based in Harriseahead, ST7, but anticipate moving to Crewe area later this year.
We are undergoing rapid expansion, so the job will grow and we hope that you'll grow with us.
ESSENTIAL: you must be able to provide a CV, and valid references. They will be checked. :-)
RATES will depend on your experience.
