Description
Experience Level: Expert
Need a competent and minimum AAT qualified book keeper to re-do the work of a prior accounts person following a HMRC enquiry.
Work consists of doing accounts from 2004-05 tax year to present. Within an online accounting system.
In need of this for a client of ours who is on a very limited budget.
Some records are in tact whilst others may depend on the bank reconciliations.
Information needs to be pristine and will be checked by a senior accountant whilst you go through the process.
There are low and high months of activity ranging from 30-250 entries in the bank statement. You will be provided with cash receipts also and will need to ensure these are entered correctly in the system for tax purposes.
The entire job would need to be completed in as LITTLE TIME as possible close to a 4-6 week window.
YOU NEED AT LEAST 7 YEARS+ EXPERIENCE IN THE ACCOUNTS INDUSTRY AND WILL HAVE MORE FAVOR IF YOU ARE RATED IN PPH. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEE PPH CERTIFICATIONS NOT JUST SELF CERTIFICATIONS, HOWEVER THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL.
Please bid with the following information:
Your qualifications (which will be checked)
Prior experience of this kind of work (including a CV)
Data protection number
How long you anticipate it taking to complete the work and your availability to start
Any questions that you need in order to bid.
And what methodology you would use to approach this job
Confirm that you do not outsource work and that the work will be done by you or with someone working within your organisation based in the UK. We need clarity of exactly WHO will be doing the work and their qualification and experience (no names necessary presently).
Please keep your bid reasonable, and only bid if you are serious about doing the job to a high standard.
