Book interior layout and formatting

Hello,

I am looking for someone who is familiar with Amazon’s Createspace publishing.
I need interior layout and formatting done for my self published poetry book, trim size 6 x 9 ( 15.6 x 23.4 centimeters) ready on a pdf so I can upload it directly to my createspace account.

It is a little children book with 8 poems and around 10 pictures that needs to be inserted in the book pages, and add page number on each page with book title on every page.
I already have a book cover,so I don't need that done.
