Blogging

I have a number of blogs that I have started to write content for. Unfortunately I have started the blogs in Wordpress as a .org and I would like assistance taking these blogs from their current inception stage an begin to implement these.

Briefly I would like help with: design, hosting as a .com, traffic creation, content writing etc.

I work full time and have a good idea of the content I want to write but fundamentally need help with the whole process really and making sure that the projects move forward.
