Blogger research in Germany

We are looking for bloggers to do paid reviews for a prepaid MasterCard in Germany.

This job is to carry out some research and produce a list of 20 - 30 bloggers that we can approach.

We would like the following information:
URL of website / blog
Sector i.e. news, personal finance, lifestyle, travel
Indication of following i.e. blog followers, views, FB fans, twitter follers, Klout score
Any other relevant comment about the site

All the blogs must be in Germany and so we expect you to be fluent in German in order to carry out this activity.

We're looking for an immediate start on this, and the ability to turn this around quickly. If successful, we are likely to want some additional help in approaching individual bloggers.
