Blogger needed: airlines/flying related, 3 posts/week

I'm looking for a reliable blogger (or bloggers) to write 3 posts a week (in total) of about 400-500 words each. The posts must be unique in terms of content and the only requirement is that they should be related to "flying" and "airlines" - it can be anything from commentary on recent or historical events, news, personal experience, airplanes, airports etc.. I'll accept most of the content as long as it's related to the "flying" subject.

Your responsibilities:
- finding the subject of your article
- creating good content - no automatic or copied articles (this will be occasionally verified), it has to be created from scratch (good/correct English is absolutely necessary)
- sourcing relevant images for every 1 in three posts - it can be your personal or from external sources. Must be relevent to the article and do NOT violate any copyrights (image source/credits will have to be shown)
- uploading content to our blog - it's wordpress based so you must be comfortable with it
- ensure submissions are filed under correct categories, with relevant tags

Articles can be created once a week, once a fortnight or any other conveninet time and then scheduled for publishing on selected days (build-in wordpress functionality to be used).

Non-native English speakers will be considered but will need to demonstrate excellent written English.

Significant volume of applications we receive for each job offer are long template-based essays promising absolutely anything you want for £0 or less, yet not including answers to basic questions we ask. It creates a lot of admin work, so please be aware that any application which does not include clear answers to the following questions will be rejected.

In your application please include:
- confirmation you are able to take over and manage the blog as desribed in the "Your responsibilities" section above
- examples of your writing skills and previous work - PLEASE PROVIDE DIRECT LINKS TO ARTICLES, "I CONTRIBUTED TO WEBSITE xyz" DOES NOT HELP MUCH
- IMPORTANT: bid price - please provide quote for 20 POSTS - assuming an average post should be 400 words long
- proposed working schedule (one post every 2-3 days, posts written and uploaded once a week, fortnight etc.)
- confirmation whether you are happy to provide 20 articles to start with (within the first week) and then continue 3 articles/week

This is rather a niche subject so we can work with more than one blogger - please indicate if you are more comfortable with providing less than 3 articles a week.

Bid type is set to "fixed price" and this is for 20 articles (see above). Work is ongoing and will be billed/paid monthly. This assignment is heavily budget-constrained so price will be a deciding factor for candidates meeting minimum requirements
