Bing search tool using API

I would like a search tool that takes a series of up to 10 terms and searches for various combinations of these, then displays the top Websites appearing in the search results.

Outline of functionality

Use the Bing API
- Takes up to 10 words/phrases as an input
- The tool works out every combination of 2 and 3 of these terms and searches for them
- Using the top 50 hits from each search a ranking of websites with the most hits is created
- For each website in the ranking will be displayed the individual search results (and exact URL) that relate to it

A desktop App is preferred
Will need to provide the source code
