Bespoke Shareholders agreement

We require drafting a shareholders agreement – this is for a newly incorporated company. Company is not trading as of yet. Company is developing new range of products and will bring it to market soon – intellectual property is key asset of company

There are 2 shareholders and same are directors – both will have equal rights (may change), ownership according to shareholding pattern

We are after professional agreement which addresses all applicable clauses to the point and not one of ready made templates which will have every thing but miss the key points!
