We need a bespoke CRM system designed yesterday it needs to have:
* click to dial feature bridged to our vooip system
* templated emails that add automatically the clients name and agents name and email
* call reminders - pop up
* small pipeline for deals pending deals confirmed
* lead sorting option - last called - number of calls - alphabetically etc
* call logs - each call is logged on the crm
* passing leads to other staff
* click to send mail - sends a message to admin that makes the printer print off a letter
