Design details: We require a bespoke advert designed for a print & online magazine – to be delivered in pdf format. The advert is to promote the future redevelopment of our property in Hounslow Town Centre. Asda parking lot site (orange) "High Street Quarter: major redevelopment by Barratt Develeopments planned for 400 homes, cinema, shops and restaurants.
Central House (our property) is shown in yellow. "Name of new building" TBC

For further information: www.website.co.uk / email@email.co.uk" tbc … We are open to suggestions – we do not want to specify yet resi vs. office but need to build anticipation for the site and draw potential investors.
These points of interest should all be highlighted and labelled in a clear and effective way. Perhaps fade out the background of the aerial so the focus is on our property and the various points of interest.
