Beautiful, minimalist consumer website with a mobile component required

I would like a website created for consumers to share their stories/experiences about service providers. I prefer wordpress because I have managed other websites with it, however, other options are welcome. Whether you decide to create a theme from scratch or modify an existing theme is up to you - beauty and functionality are very high on the list.

The website would be for consumer to upload their stories, which could include audio files, pictures or video. The stories should have social networking options for sharing and commenting. (Disqus commenting system preferably.)

Users would need to register to post stories, but registration to post stories should only require a username and an e-mail address.

The mobile component should redirect mobile visitors to a mobile site with a truncated version of the site (Stories on the front page and a link to add a story at the bottom) e.g m.thewebsite.com
