Banner and document upload to Wordpress website

Hi! I have 2 jobs:

1. I have a small issue but don't know if it's in your remit. I've got a monthly newsletter and in the most recent one, there was a Dropbox link to a download.

This link opened on some phones and personal PC's as well as several work ones, but not all. I suspect that this is to do with the fact that there are security issues around Dropbox Downloads?

Would it be within your remit to solve this issue and get the download to sit somewhere very safe and accessible?

I'll then send a new link out to everyone, if necessary.

If the download could sit on my website that would be great: I uploaded it as a media file but with no joy! My site is on Wordpress and is www.switchvision.co.uk.

2. My site needs a dynamic banner with my book download (artwork and code provided) so that people can download from the banner, and the same with another ebook. Also, I'd like a few of my recent posts up there too and a link to case studies (but later on). I've got all the artwork for my immediate needs and would like a banner that I can customise e.g. update the posts that appear.

Job 1 deadline needs to be resolved by 24th July and Job 2 by Friday July 26th.

Is this doable?
