Background for a PowerPoint presentation

Information for the business: We are a construction firm
Target audience: Selection Committee
Number of slides needed: One
Data and special elements to include: We are proposing on building a high-tech oriented high school.
As far as the look of the image, please see the attached sample.
The object is that the background seem "alive" with energy, but not to overpower the presentation text and images.
I need the background (preferably black) so that I can contracts the visuals and text of the PowerPoint, but with gold (yellow/white hues are okay to use) and burgundy highlights (instead of the blue and white shown on the sample).

Extra notes: When referring to the sample image, I obviously don't need the text in the middle or the ESPN scroll on the bottom -- However, I would like a gold bar at the bottom with our logo and the logos of the client and architect.
