Background & Character Design (in layers)

Hi Freelancers,

I need the below items in Illustrator (Ai) format.
Solid colour is fine as I do not have big budget.
Tell me what is your best offer and show me what sort of quality I will be getting. Something that you can do it in the shortest time and cost me minimum.
I am going to do a test simple animation with these illustrations on YouTube.

Please give me a quote for the following separately according to the items.

1) Background consisting, one farm house, bushes, some trees, fence around the farm house, cloud, chickens running around and playing on open field. All these in separate layers.

2) 5 characters needed (4 chickens and 1 fox),
a) Each character in 3 profiles as in front, quarter side and back. Each profile on single layer.
b) Each character in 3 profiles as in front, quarter side and back. Break down all the parts onto separate layers.

Also, let me roughly how long u need.
