Baby Horoscope Cards

I am looking for someone to design for me some cards for my online baby announcement cards business. The theme is Baby Zodiac. The cards will be Folded size 10 x 15 cm (or Folded 139 x 107 mm).
The main illustration will be at the front of the card, inside on the left will be the photo, then on the right will be the message. I expect there will be a border inside, carrying on from the outside theme – so the border will be around or on the corner of the picture and also above or on the corner next to the message. There could also be a background colour or pictures or watermarks.

The style and design is an open brief as long as it’s Baby Horoscopes. No clip art. Feel free to use the particular signs symbols and planets. As long as they are fun and baby like, hopefully with a scene or background.

For the `human’ zodiac like Gemini, Virgo, Libra (?),Sagittarius and Aquarius (or any drawings that will have humans on them) I will need the cards to show a baby as the `human’.
If say your 12 illustration were for boys with blue hues, then I will need the same illustrations with girl hues on them like pink etc. I will also need the same illustrations for twin babies. I will also need an ‘Ethnic’ collection with African babies on.

So to recap :
- 12 Original Baby Horoscope Designs
- Same designs for Boys, Girls, Twins (boy/boy, girl/girl, boy/girl) –so should be easy to make small adjustments like colour etc.
- Same as above for African collection
Please state your bidding amount for the whole lot job. Also include examples of what the drawings will look like, otherwise I will assume you intend to use the style from your portfolio.
