B2B telesales - appointment making

We are a printing company specializing in larger scale advertising material (banners, posters, building wraps, car wraps, etc.). We would need a person who could arrange meetings with target company employees who are directly responsible for ordering advertising material. Target group includes advertising agencies, media agencies, outdoor advertising companies, design companies, exhibition centres, etc.
We would like to pay per arranged meeting with the right person. You don't have to actually go to meetings and sell, our staff will do that. Please let me know your rate for this type of work - rytis@dpsa.co.uk
