B2B Support Contract & Terms/Conditions Document Needed

We are currently looking to revamp our maintenance contract. This contract is sent to customers to sign when they choose to take up an annual maintenance contract with us.

The current contract is far from ideal, we also need to expand up on the terms and conditions of the contract to give ourselves and our customers better cover.

Currently the contract is around 3-5 pages long, we would like you to use this template as a guide to develop the new contract. All other information we require to be included will also be provided.

We ideally need this work carried out pretty quickly so let us know lead times in your proposal. We require a fixed price fee for this job so if you need any further detail in order to quote please contact us.
