Requirements: The ideal scene I'm looking for is a solitary man in the foreground wearing a 1920s gangster-style fedora and overcoat, stood in a hilltop cemetery overlooking a cityscape reminiscent of the American Prohibition Era.

A gloomy "crime & grime" atmosphere is more important than fine detail. Some wording will also need including.

This is a low-budget project initially but the artwork may ultimately be viewed by a very large number of online and mobile apps users (due to the nature of this project) and I would be happy to include the artist's name and contact details within the product that this Facebook page will initially promote. There is also a very good chance of many more illustrations being needed for this product in future, for which I would want to use the same illustrator in order to maintain the same style throughout.
