Automated taxi booking system development

Hi all, I need a specific taxi booking system developed. It should be for Android platform for taxi clients and separate desktop module for taxi companies, which buy a license. Should be AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE, that's our aim! Easy for clients, easy for operators. Also an Admin section should be made for us, to add/remove companies who buy a license, track amount of bookings and some more features, again really simple.

I am aware what it requires, please do not try to cheat with unrealistic budgets!
